Silver Crest logo
Silver Crest is part of the masterplan of Russell Ranch, allowing its homeowners to access multiple community amenities. Silver Crest homeowners have access to BBQ pits, pools, rec center and parks. It consists of one-&-two story detached residences with expensive lots and hillside views. Silver Crest starts from the $1.3 millions and had its Grand Opening in February of 2020!
Eureka Grove logo
Eureka Grove features paired residences and single-family detached homes in Granite Bay. Featured in a gated community, residents are surrounded by parks, local coffee shops and more. Eureka Grove pricing starts at from the high one millions. Eureka Grove had its Grand Opening in late Summer of 2021.
Grant logo
Grant at NUVO Parkside is made up Two-Story Detached Homes, up to 1,082 Sq. Ft. of living space, with up to 4 beds and 2.5 baths. Grant allows for modern design and tech-first solutions, with All-in Design featuring upgrades. Grant at NUVO Parkside celebrated its Grand Opening on July 2022.

Coral Canyon
Coral Canyon is a coastal, hillside community of 28 Mediterranean-inspired residences designed by Bob White. The homes range from 3,782 to 5,290 square feet of living space and offer dramatic hillside panoramic views as well as ocean vistas. Pricing began from the $4 millions and represented the final opportunity to own in Crystal Cove. The community launched sales in June and was sold out within a year.

Woodbury
Woodbury is a thoughtfully designed community of 56 homes located in the heart of Lafayette in San Francisco’s East Bay. The community boasts two distinct residential offerings – Garden Flats and Terrace Flats – with homes ranging from 1,111 to 3,000 square feet and pricing starting in the low $800,000s. Orchard Park is a thoughtfully designed community of 239 homes located in the Berryessa District of San Jose. Fiano
Fiano is the final enclave ever to be built within the Pacific Ridge master-planned community in Newport Coast. The 39 Tuscan-style luxury estates at Fiano are inspired by the classic villages of Italy and feature up to 5,322 square feet of living space, 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Meridian
Meridian is a collection of lock-and-leave coastal residences situated in Newport Beach. Meridian’s three product types – flats, townhomes, and penthouses - feature floorplans ranging from 2,172 to 3,833 square feet of living space. At the time Meridian opened for sale in early 2014, prices for these residences began in the mid $1 Millions. The community celebrated its model grand opening in December 2014. Meridian was entirely sold out in December 2015 with its final homes priced over the mid $2 millions.

Sherman Oaks 7 is a community comprised of seven single-family detached residences within the desirable San Fernando Valley. Lambert Ranch
Lambert Ranch is a community of three distinct, but connected neighborhoods – The Field, The Hill and The Grove.
