The New Home Company, an Aliso Viejo-based homebuilder, has a new mobile-friendly website, NWHM.com.
In a statement, the company said the site would help it handle a “substantial increase in online visitors.” New Home is currently working on projects in Orange and Los Angeles counties, the Inland Empire and elsewhere around the state.
Using a smartphone, users can visit master-planned communities in Southern California. Click an icon on the map and you’re in Marywood Hills, Orange, scrolling through million-dollar model homes.
“The new website is full of practical features that make the connection from introduction to action much shorter and more compelling,” said Chief Marketing Officer Joan Webb in a statement. “It is also flexible so that it can easily scale with us as we expand into additional markets. We look forward to hearing what our customers think.”
