Valencia’s Fastest-Selling New-Home Village Sells 30 Homes in 30 Days
Reflecting the hot new-home market in Southern California, The New Home Company (NEW HOME) has announced that it sold 30 homes in 30 days at Villa Metro, its new signature village of 315 homes in the master-planned community of Valencia. The extraordinary response has quickly made Villa Metro the fastest-selling community in Valencia.
Last month, NEW HOME introduced nine model homes in the first three neighborhoods at Villa Metro during a Grand Opening weekend celebration that attracted more than 5,000 interested homeshoppers. Since the opening, NEW HOME has sold all of the homes made available, continuing a torrid pace of selling one new-home per day. The homes at Villa Metro are priced from the high $300,000s.
In addition to new home neighborhoods, Villa Metro will also soon feature a Main Street with convenient shops, courtyards, and beautifully landscaped paths that thread through a thoughtfully, walkable community plan. In October, NEW HOME will unveil Cielo, a neighborhood of live/work lofts located above retail shops. These thoughtfully designed homes will feature up to three bedrooms and three- and one-half baths, ranging from 1,404 to 1,982 square feet of living space.
